EXCELLENCE REPEATED

     We did it again! On April 27, 2001 DDA was awarded the 2000 Supplier Quality Alliance Gold Level Award by SBC for the second consecutive year.  Pat Engels, President and CEO of SBC Directory Operations, made the presentation to John Runk, President and CEO of DDA.  This award recognizes the achievement of quality standards in supplier systems and processes as measured by SBCDO.

     The Quality Alliance Award is not only a reflection of the daily performance of those who work with the SBC account, but also the efforts of the entire DDA organization.  Our team concept exemplifies why we are the industry leader.
